Order Cancellation Policy

1. When you can cancel

You can request cancellation of your order before it is shipped. Requests are possible when the order is in one of the following statuses:

  • Awaiting payment
  • Processing
  • On hold

Once the order is Completed (shipped), cancellation is no longer possible. In that case you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days.

2. How to request cancellation

  1. Go to My account → My orders
  2. Find the order and click “Cancel order” in the list, or open the details and use the form provided
  3. Enter the reason and confirm the request

3. Response times

We process cancellation requests within 24 working hours. You will receive a confirmation by email.

4. Refund in case of cancellation

If the order is cancelled before shipping, we will refund the full amount within 5–7 working days using the same original payment method.
