Refund and Return Policy

1. Right of withdrawal (Art. 52 D.Lgs. 206/2005)
Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83 and the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to give any reason and without incurring penalties.
2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
You can exercise your right of withdrawal in one of the following ways:
- Go to My account → My orders, select the order and click “Exercise right of withdrawal”
- By sending a written communication to: info@novix.it
3. Conditions for return
After receiving confirmation of your request, you have 14 days to return the goods. The products must be:
- Intact and in their original condition as purchased
- Complete with all accessories, labels and documents
- In the original packaging (where available)
4. Refund
The refund of the full amount paid (including the original shipping costs) will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for (art. 59 D.Lgs. 206/2005):
- Made-to-measure or personalised products
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and were opened after delivery
- Products that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items
